    Yes, t works, but it’s the worst tasting gummy I’ve tried yet.

    Life Saver!!

    I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression as a kid, ptsd as a teen, and then finally c-ptsd as an adult so safe to say I’ve tried a lot of things to help manage my symptoms and this has been a major life saver! Overall I feel much calmer just going throughout my day and my mind feels clearer and doesn’t seem to race as much like it normally does. I take a gummy when I wake up and then another one either late evening or right before bed. It doesn’t make me feel sluggish or sleepy at all but does help to calm my mind enough to sleep through the night since I struggle with insomnia and waking up from nightmares. It’s also made a world of a difference in social situations and interactions. It truly has been a life saver for me and I’ll definitely be stocking up on these for a long time! The only negative thing to note is that the taste is very medicinal but I’ve gotten used to it and make sure to drink a bit of water or tea after taking one. If you suffer from anxiety and have been looking for a natural alternative definitely give this one a try!!
